If you contact us via Facebook Lead Ads, we receive the information you submit through those forms, including your name, email, and phone number.

3. SMS & WhatsApp Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages and WhatsApp messages from Catherine Gomez Realtor regarding your real estate inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.

4. Facebook and Instagram Messaging

If you send a message to our Facebook Page or Instagram account, we receive the content of that conversation along with the public profile information Meta provides — typically your name and profile picture. We use it only to answer your real estate question, to send you listings or event details you asked for, and to continue the conversation you started.

Our assistant, Sofía, may reply automatically so you get an answer outside office hours. You can ask to speak with Catherine at any time, and a person will take over the conversation.

We do not use your messages for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell them. Reply STOP in the conversation at any time and we will stop messaging you. To have your conversation history deleted, use our data deletion page.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers (such as our CRM platform) solely to fulfill the services described above.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time, free of charge, from our data deletion page, by replying DELETE in any Messenger or Instagram conversation, or by emailing us. Requests are processed within 30 days.
